

This is our red young wine, which is mostly elaborated with Grenache variety. It is a fresh, soft and very fruity wine. The harvest take place the second and third week of September. Tradicional wine making, fermented at 25 ºC, followed by 7 days maceration with skin contact.
Appearance
This clear, cherry violet colour wine shows the purple to bluish edge that's typical of a still-young red wine.
Nose
Prononced red fruit aromas as strawberry and raspberry, also black berries like plums.
Palate
Medim-body and well balanced character wine, with a good acidity that gives it freshness. Fruity flavour and nice tannin feeling.
Maridaje
An excellent choice with salads, rices without seafood, white meat and soft cheeses.
Best served at: 12 - 15 ºC
