All deliveries are made using the transport selected during the order process on the web site tienda.bodegasxalo.com.

The order will be shipped the next working day provided the payment is confirmed before 5 pm.

The delivery time will be from 48 to 72 hours from when the order leaves our centers.

There may be delays in the delivery of orders on specific dates, such as Christmas, national and regional holidays, etc.

Delivery destinations

The destinations that can be selected on the website tienda.bodegasxalo.com are classified as national (Spain) except deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery to other destinations

Deliveries to destinations excluded on the website tienda.bodegasxalo.com (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, European Union and the rest of the world) should be previously discussed (+34 966480034 or internacional@bodegasxalo.com). Please note that these orders cannot be processed through the website tienda.bodegasxalo.com. Generally, these orders are subject to different conditions depending on their final destination.

In the case of being from the european union, you need a cae number(customs authorizacion) and a VAT number.

If you do not have these documents, you can not acquire our product.

Deliveries limited to 200 kg

Orders weighing over 200kg cannot be requested through the web site tienda.bodegasxalo.com. However, in general we can complete these types of orders. To consult the delivery conditions please telephone 966480034 or email:comercial@bodegasxalo.com.

Tracking of orders

If the transport company permits the tracking of orders the identity number and the format available for tracking the order will be communicated to the client.

Products damaged during transport

Do not accept any order that has been manipulated or which has deteriorated during transport. The transport company allows the opening of the packages in the presence of the driver; this is the best moment to make any claims.

If for any reason the courier does not permit the inspection of the merchandise, on signing the delivery note write "Pending Revision.

If you observe that the product, the packaging or the contents, is damaged describe the anomaly observed on the delivery note, if after opening the package you observe any imperfections then this must be communicated within 24 hours of the deliver.

If the occasion arises, take photographs, which will simplify the complaint process.

If 24 hours has passed since the delivery and no imperfections or damage has been communicated then the returns cannot be processed. In this last case it is understood that the product was delivered in perfect condition with no breakage or imperfections.
